Started this diet yesterday hoping that this will be the diet to end all diets. I found eating every two hours difficult still i have got soup and dahl that i made to eat today. I was hoping i miight have lost 1lb but no. Feeling lethagic and I have a headache no caffine!

The first few days are the hardest. Just keep going. I am on day 12 and it is so easy now. I even went out for supper last night and ended up being down one pound this morning (9.5#'s in 11 days). You just have to give it a chance. Good luck!
