Feeling a little down. Working very hard to snap myself out of it. Getting back on the workout machine tonight. 40 min. Looking forward to spring so I can start walking in the morning. I want to get into smaller clothes soon. My pants are looser, but not in the area that I really want. Maybe as some other members were saying, it is this time of year, and in combination with the needle...well... I want to do this so badly. I just feel like every time I really get going, another snag comes up, like I am going to be fat forever.
