Feeling a little down. Working very hard to snap myself out of it. Getting back on the workout machine tonight. 40 min. Looking forward to spring so I can start walking in the morning.
I want to get into smaller clothes soon. My pants are looser, but not in the area that I really want.
Maybe as some other members were saying, it is this time of year, and in combination with the needle...well...
I want to do this so badly. I just feel like every time I really get going, another snag comes up, like I am going to be fat forever.

i can't wait till spring either. the winter gives me the blues and doesn't help w/ motivation. loose pants are always a good thing:)

I have a par of those new "toner" shoes that are collecting dust in the closet...as soon as the snow goes...Imma walking in the morning before I get ready for work.

i got the winter toner slip on boots for xmas, they are cute and comfy.
