Totally screwed up this dec. ( slipped back into my old "dikgat" self) but still came far last year and hopefully this immense binging broke my plateu. Back to the drawing board today! time to take off the skipping rope hanging from the wall and moer the bag :) Needless to say though i AM disappointed with the fact that i just dont have self control over food. Its a mental illness! its like a split personality i swear! :'( if im in "healthy fit and sexy" mode then im sooo strict on my diet that not even stuffing cake in my face will make me flinch! but if i just TRY to eat ONE cookie (too see if i can) and then one hour later i've consumed more than what a normal person will eat in three days! im really saddened by this problem that i have created for myself! thanks to yo-yo dieting from the age of 14 :( donno if ill EVER be able to "neutralize" and not having to live wither EXTREMELY healthy obsessed and gyming excessively or EXTREMELY stuffing my face and thinking picking up the remote is already too much effort. #wishiwasjustnormal :(
