As much as I hate this cliche... my New Years Resolutions:
-Eat less than 1,600 calories every day (1,400 preferred) -Run 3X/week (Preparing for a 5k in March!) -Drink at least 75 ounces of water every day -Try to get 8 hours of sleep every night -Workout 3X/week (I want to be able to do a real push up!) -Lose 1 pound a week -Limit my alcohol consumption (no more than 3 drinks on special occasions) -Clean my room more often (its just stressful. lol) -Do dishes when I make them so they don't overwhelm me! -Get enough sun -Improve my soccer skills (Season starts Jan 27th!) -Enjoy my family and friends -Be happy :-D
I think this sums it up! Here's to a successful 2014! We can do this!
