Hello Journal ! Happy new year...Starting 2014 as heavy as a stone. Or a stone heavier, choice is yours.
Gotta get back in shape. Taking medication right now, so put on around 6 kilos with that...but hey, I had already 5 kilos to lose...SO, all in all, by the end of this year, I should come down 10 to 12 kilos. Feasible?? Let's work on it!
