So tough to stick to a new diet especially when those around you are eating peach pie with fresh whipped cream (that I made)! I keep thinking about the numbers on the scale dropping and I won't even taste anything. I'm afraid. My husband could be my biggest difficulty. I told him not to bring me back any hummus with fresh flatbread or the date cookies--hopefully he'll listen. Everyone around me says, "Oh it's the holidays or come-on once in awhile." I don't do well with "once in a while." I can't have a taste. GIVE ME STRENGTH!!
