Some days when I don't think I am going to loose any weight I drop a pound. Like to-day I was down to 163. That OK though, any way that the weight will come off is good. So, we go to Mexico for my husbands dental work. I'll eat at the Pink Store in Palmos. Maybe I'll have tacos with the beans and I'll try not to eat the rice. Maybe a spoon full.

I hope everyone else got through the New Years and that 2009 will be a healthy year.

Glad for your lose, funny how just loosing a LITTLE makes us feel so much better. Also gives more encouragement to continue on!! I can't help wonder why it happens when it does, when you least expect it to. OH!! well who cares as long as we are headed in the right direction!! KEEP UP the good work.
