last day of my "fad diet"! Once I get back to 168 (where I was when I stopped following Atkins just before Christmas)I am going to get back on a sensible eating plan. I am not sure If it will be Atkins or maybe the Weightwatchers Core plan. I really need to be able to eat meat to be satisfied. I have 4 days to decide.
