Trying to keep track of my food and "exercise" over this weekend has proven challenging. Company goes home tomorrow so I will be able to get back to a more regular routine, really missing it.

I have had a hard time and we went to my sis' house for Thanksgiving! LOL I did okay, but since I wasn't near the computer, it was hard to log as I ate. Have a great week!
