Merry Christmas Everyone!! This has been a wild morning. Three year olds are so funny to watch and they appreciate everything :) I know my 16 year old son did too but there is a magical joy in the little ones that is infectious and gets you excited too.
I have been trying to be good...I have been baking cookies, making pies, and been exposing myself to all kids of temptations. I havent caved in, but I have been snacking more on low card food to try to avoid the naughty foods. I guess I will know in a few days when I weigh in (oh yeah..no exercise either except cleaning house) As long as I dont gain I will be happy.

I think just maintaining through this time of year is the key. Most people gain between 7-10 lbs this time of year. So if we can just maintain...then we're already ahead by that much - right??? :) I know what you mean about the kids. They just make you see the magic in Christmas, don't they?

Hey Paige I didnt think about it like that...7-10 pounds whew then maintaining is definately an accomplishment. If I had eaten bits and pieces of things that looked inviting today I would be having a sugar hangover tomorrow. I did however have almost 1/2 small container of Cool Whip with straight unsweetened hot cocoa powder it was actually yummy and I didnt get half the carbs I would have gotten with just one bite of the mississppi mud pie haha (and not out of ketosis...will check again in the morn) Thanks for your reply :)
