Good morning 🌞 I really need to do a better job keeping up with my food dairy but sometimes I get so busy and I put it off. I usually forget to put my exercise in too. I have been walking and jogging with my son in the morning usually for a hour about 3 days a week. I use a resistance band now for strength training every other day it’s made a lot of difference. I’m much more toned.
