My 9 year old went to spend the weekend with my best friend and her family last Friday night. Late Saturday night I received a phone call saying there had been an accident and I needed to come get Lily immediately. As a result, my best friend's oldest child, 13 yr old Andrew, died on Monday afternoon. Please keep my friend and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this unbelievably horrific time.
I am pretty apathetic towards my diet and exercise right now. I plan to regroup and return on Monday.
