it's been 2 months since I stopped counting calories and using this app. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm able to just live my life and eat consciously thanks to this app. it provided me with the tools and knowledge of how to adjust my eating habits which have now come as second nature. keep up the hard work everyone, good days and bad days are part of life but this community was so helpful through it all. thank you.
