Southern Ontario gal, trying to loose those last 15 lbs. One day I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize my body. Trying to get back to healthy and happy while keeping my love for cooking and baking alive.
My plan is portion control and get outside once a day.Trying intermittent fasting as well as cutting back on carbs and making low cal snacks.
All my foods are free from: nuts, most seeds, eggs, beans, legumes
