Well, here I am again. My highest wieght ever. I've joined TOPS for some face-to-face accountability and encouragement. Staying on fatsecret for computer-to-computer accountability and encouragement. If I don't do something soon, I will not see many more years.

So there. I said it. Now I will do it. I am NOT on a diet. I am making lifestyle changes that will help me gain back my health. I am following a low carb plan based on recommendations from my RD for Type II Diabetes. I am doing what little walking I am able to right now. I have pleurisy right now which really is causing lots of SOB and pain. But that's ok, I can still watch what I eat and eat mindfully.

I'm tired and sick all of the time. I'm on oxygen, have a cpap, on insulin and lots more. I really want to stop all this.

I will get as fit as I can and I will do it consistently, step by step. I'm looking forward to walking again.
I'm especially looking forward to walking again without a walker!!
