So sorry to hear your husband is ill. Wishing him a speedy recovery and adding my thoughts and prayers for you both. 

I am so sorry to hear of your news. Sending prayers for you and yours. Please keep us posted and take care of yourself. You will need to be strong and healthy to care for him when he returns home.:) 

Sorry to hear what your husband and you are going through. I will say some prayers for his recovery and that strength be given upon you. Does the hospital/VA have places that you can stay? I know where I am there is a center that houses families during medical stays. Contact them, I'm sure they can be of assistance. Best wishes.

Prayers definitely coming your way. As Keli said, check with the people at VA to see about places to stay. There are resources available for exactly this type of thing - check into it and utilize them. Let your friends back in FL know about his situation, as well as your church. You'll be surprised at how much support will be there to help you through this time. And, take care of yourself too. Your health and well-being is just as important as your DH's. 

Thank you Everyone for the Prayers and words to help me get thru this. they attempting to take him off the respirator today, said it will take a while for him to respond to commands, so far tonight, he blinks his eyes. Which is more than 4 hours ago when he wasn't responding to anything. pnumonia, the flu and we still won't know why his bones don't make blood till probably Monday, first reports are not showing this to be cancer.... so more prayers are needed to find out why and what can be done. I had to send my pups home today with the step son, so I don't have my security pup with me anymore. :( I might try to see my Uncle Grady in Antioc, TN after my step daughter goes to Texas on Tuesday. so I won't really be alone at all. I've been eating all sorts of BAD stuff... bread... tacos, a greasy hamburger w/cheese and the bun... I'm sure I'll have to pay for it later, but being in someone else's house, it's difficult to be picky. Closes are still loose, but not for long, I'm sure. I'm just not going to worry abt the diet this week... I don't think i can do it and the diet at the same time.
