Frantic. Anxious. Manic. Overwhelmed. Tired. Frazzled.

This too shall pass. Soon? Please???

LOL!!! Now I did not eat well on Sunday ... I know that. But still ... it was only one day and yesterday was an excellent exercise and nutritious day and the scale was just not kind to me at all. I wasn't expecting to see 181 ... but closer to 190 would have been thrilling. And I'm out of town the rest of this week.

I realized this morning that my flight leaves the airport at 6:50 am ... which means I will be getting up VERY early since it takes 2 1/2 hours to get to the airport from my home. Oh my. So much for the idea of breakfast. Definitely won't be exercising. Good thing I already packed my bag!!

I wish I could report I am back to my "old" self but I am not. I am 'feeling' very 'fat.' This will change. And I am constantly reminding myself to be "kind" to myself and to be mindful that I am NOT destined to be a 'big' girl. Anyway ... I must run ... I have a lot to do in a short amount of time so I best get at it.

I hope to check in while I'm gone ...

Being kind means treating yourself the way you would treat your child or your mom or a dear friend - with care! Trying to remember that myself too.

*hugs* I think you need to take some time to destress and do something nice for you. Also, try to rest, I know it's hard with everything going on now but you seem exhausted.

Time to record the gain, face it, and then let it go!! Dust yourself off, get back in the game... no need to stress about it. Did any of us ever think (maybe wished and prayed) that we'd lose and stay a solid weight for good? Nope. Just means we are out there living and eating! Now, recover buddy!
