Very interesting! my scale recorded 192 and I was shocked! then I got right back on and it read 198.2 three more reading at 198. I think I will 1.)get me a new scale 2.) not weight for a couple of weeks. I really messes with my head when I have be very vigilant and dont see any progress. Chicken Chili verde for dinner, with a salad. Very excited about that.
