Started logging food today. Also, no place to track vitamins: B complex drops, Acerola C wafer, Potassium today. Ordered Luvelle yogurt maker. Not much sleep last night because I was hungry, but I know better than to get up in the middle of the night and start snacking. I will up my fat today.
