I am a little discouraged today as I am up 2 lbs. But I am following adkins and getting in plenty of water. Don't really know what to do at this point except keep on keepin on!

I checked out your food diary for Mon and Tue. What about Wed? Everything looked pretty good for those two days, be patient with yourself. Give it a few more days. I see you just began this, so your body could be adjusting. There are many factors - could be water retention, TOM, or if you ate off-plan on Wed. Hang in there.
