My sympathies. There's nothing tougher than doing everything you're supposed to do and then not get the reward. Keep at it though. It's probably just fluid/hormones/your body having a little game with itself. Be patient and stay on track, and you'll be back to the low (and lower) before you know it.

Don't be frustrated. If you didn't go off, then it's more than likely just retained water (maybe you had too much sodium...or it's just that time of month). Stick with it and your weight loss will show up on the scale sooner or later!!! (I think scales have ruined more diets than ice cream sundaes for just this reason, frustration at a temporary water gain)!

When you can truly say you did what you're supposed to do, then I firmly believe that there IS a fat loss. Sadly, that doesn't always mean that there is a weight loss. Many other factors chime in. Just keep doing good.

Hang in there. Not easy to do but trust me. I felt the same about 2 weeks ago, got pissed off and fell of the wagon and then really saw a spike. So keep doing what you are doing and it HAS to show eventually.
