Chicken breast cut in half and then sliced in strips.
Brown, let cool slightly.
In bowl mix onion, garlic, red pepper, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sour cream.
Coat chicken in sour cream mixture, roll in bread crumbs.
Bake at 450 for 17 minutes.
