Good Morning
Feeling great and energized this morning even after a late night. its amazing what a good night out with friends can do even when you are watching the calories :0) hopefully i counteracted the extra cider i hadnt planned for (whoops) with rocking out to Soundgarden (i love a good live concert)and the hubby and i walked to and from the metro so got an extra 20 mins of exercise in as well!!!
