I enjoyed a quiet day at home just taking things as my speed. The one goal today was to make my husbands favorite cheesecake: Circus Animal Cheesecake. for his birthday.
It has a circus animal crust topped with cheesecake. The only thing left is the whipped cream, which will be done tomorrow, since it's his birthday. I asked him if he wanted a special lunch or dinner and all he cared about was the cheesecake.
