Taking time away or having a break is necessary some times and since this is a process, not a state of being and a direction not a destination there are some detours along the way but please know we genuinely miss you but understand that you are doing what is necessary at this time...TOWANDA!!!!

Carol, sorry that you are having such a difficult time right now....things will get better, but until they do, just listen to your body and your heart and do what is best for you, inside and out. We're not going anywhere, and will be here when you are ready to return. In the meantime, practice kindness to yourself, Carol, and know that I am praying for you.
