Let the flucks begin! It was inevitable. A scale fluctuation. Oh just 4 tenths of a pound so nothing to complain about but I still don't like them. It's the only downside to weighing daily. But I know me. Ido so much better when I step on the scale every day. It keeps me honest. More focused. Still, I was "good" yesterday! LOL!
Tuesday and I'm back in the rat race. Hubby has the week off. Good for him, sad for me! No rest for the wicked they say! He has been a gem about taking care of his own food needs while I try to jump start my way back down to my happy place. Everything he cooks smells delicious though! I must remember I am down 7 lbs! It IS worth it!
So I'm up early, coffee made, dog outside doing his business, his juice already made, ready to exercise and get this party started! Life is good.
Not much else to report. I'm going to wrap my hair/nail person when I get my nails done on Thursday. We are bartering, a manicure for a wrap. I hope she sees some results. It would be awesome to get her interested in the ItWorks products. One of my distributors is taking a mutual acquaintance to a wrap party tonight. Keep your fingers crossed for me! I could most definitely use a cheering section!
