woo hoo i am officially over half way to my goal weight!!! although i am now looking at my goal weight and thinking maybe i should lower it a little? i have been doing some investigation on-line and for my height (176cm) i should be in the weight range of 65-75 kg in my head always being a "little" on the heavy side ;0) this seems very light and i think if i push for this say somewhere in the middle at 70kg my life will be constently in weight loss mode and i dont know if thats good for me????? if i settle at 80 though according to the "experts" i will still be overweight i'm confused.......
