Okay, I honestly can not believe how much different I've felt these, like, two days I've been getting up early to exercise. In a word: awesome!! Oh my god, I know all these fitness books advocate exercising first thing in the morning because it jumpstarts your metabolism and all that jazz, but it's actually true! I feel so hungry right now I could eat my fist. Haha. And the four pounds I've lost so far this week alone say sooo much.
