I made food chart for tomorrow.It took only 15mins.I joined three challeneges and I'm serious about those.I exercised today.It feels good.I found some short,easy to do exercises on you tube '5mins body tone work outs,training with tammy'.Those are for beginners and I will do those everyday for next one week and see how it works.Now its almost 11pm.I did my preparatory work for tomorrow.So,I can go to bed peacefully.Goodnight everyone.
