Day 8: I focused on increasing my veggie and fruit intake today. It was so much easier to keep to my calories. :)

I agree, Joy. Fruit and vegetables have hardly any fat or calories. It's what you put on them that raises it. And I was never much of a fruit eater but I love them now....strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mangoes, papaya, passion fruit, cantaloupe.....it's all so good. Keep going, you're doing great!
