Back on the wagon again!! I really stink at taking care of me when I get busy taking care of everyone else. I think I must be an emotional eater too and deal with stress by eating. Here's to "Keeping on - keeping on." I need to forgive myself for slipping and then get back at it.

Ah! It all goes downhill at night! I am so careful during the day and then comes 4:30pm. I am starving at night. Tomorrow I am going to focus more on fruits, veggies, and protein. Maybe that will help.

Day 11: I scheduled way too much this weekend (in charge of 2 church events, babysitting 2 other kids for the day, putting on a yard sale, harvesting/canning from garden, getting the kids ready for school on Monday, farm stuff . . .). The first thing to go is my diet tracking. Ah! I am learning that I must remember to keep some time in the schedule for me. It feels so selfish, but I know I need to be a good steward of the body the Lord gave me. I need to set a good example for my kids. I need to be healthy for my husband and family. I can start tracking again tomorrow since the all the craziness is over.
