INDUCTION Week 2: Day 2 I'm getting to my journal late tonight...very busy day. Went to city to run errands with mom and she wanted Marie Calendars. Thank God shed picked that place because I knew they had good salads. Lunch was nice, pie not tempting, but she said she "felt bad" eating it in front of me. Honestly, I didn't even notice! Yahoo for ketosis! I ate the Cajun Shrimp Stack and asked the waitress to 86 the tortilla chips and replace with romaine...worked out wonderful. Today I had a higher carb content due to too many veggies.
