I just got the app! holy wow!
now i need to learn to take photos! dinner was chicken legs, zucchini slices, and unsweetened applesauce. I had a slice of zucchini bread too, I just don't want it to go bad. I had one slice today and not more. that's an accomplishment! and i turned down potato chips too. (who am I?)

I did succumb at midnight to a slice of zucchini bread and milk. I couldn't sleep, and as I get older, I have this midnight carb craving to fight off.
