130(lbs)*30%(Body Fat) => 39 Lbs of Fat...
WOW Now that's a new realization. Puts things into a whole new perspective. So there's no more question...Stay on Track, mark foods, drink plenty of water, eat before 6 pm, Sleep...and of course workout. Time to turn up the notch and Throw in some Bikram Yoga!!!
