RESET IT, RESET IT, RESET IT!
I demand my body listen to me......I keep feeling this tremendous pull back to the 330's! My strategy has been to slow down and try and maintain the 10 pound milestones for a while to let my body get use to being there and reset itself. The flux is driving me nutz!
