Well, the good news I was able to maintain this week without being able to exercise and then lost a little today...that's an accomplishment. I've been nursing a knee issue this week and am looking forward to kicking things back into gear. It was also good to take a little break, not back-track, but just pause, appreciate the progress. Now it's time to get back to work and take away the next chunk of me.....
This is the week that I'm going to finally kick 270 in the butt and tell it to get lost! FOREVER!!!! It's a road-block that needs to go AWAY!
