not happy! thought i'd get a cheeky weigh in tonight and am not at all happy :0( i'm eating better and working harder making sure there's a calorie deficit and i've gained a whole kg....hmph... ok dont get disheartened think of the bigger picture i dropped a lot during the first month so maybe its just settling down now?? note to self: tomorrow is another day
