Well, it's that time of the year again, school is starting soon, so that means that I am getting back into my routine. For that I am thankful. I have missed my full workouts. On another note I signed up for a midnite madness run on Aug 24. We run across Shasta Dam in the moonlight. I am excited as I have never even been there. Also excited because that means I need to step up my training, starting today.
