Back to back cycling/upper body & core strengthening classes. I may not be able to lift my arms to wash my hair in the morning :)

I finally faced the music and stepped on the scale. Weight is 152. My first goal is to get below 150. Second goal is to get to 146 by Thanksgiving and final goal is 144 by Christmas. Not huge amounts of weight but difficult since once I hit menopause it takes a lot more time.

On my day off on Monday I marinated a whole bag of chicken breast and cooked on the grill to have on hand. My favorite marinade is plain yogurt with a packet of the dry Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mixed in. Marinate overnight or for at least for 6 hours for best results. The yogurt makes the chicken so tender and keeps in moist - yummy!

ohhhhh....I'll have to try that marinade...! I use Good Seasons with a crunchy Asian slaw I make...6 pounds by Christmas doesn't seem to daunting a task...but I know how difficult it is CathyJo...I think you can do it!! I'm positive that you will!! Have a good rest of your week and thanks so much for dropping by my place...huggggs
