Two journal entries in two days, what's going on?!
If the motivation of my visit to my 'rents wasn't enough motivation, I had a call with my health coach this morning (first one in two months, that's how booked she's been), and will be talking to her again in two weeks time. I'd love to have lost some weight by then (I say that, bu t then I took part in a small rootbeer float they passed out at work today *headdesk*). Didn't really make any new discoveries through the call, just reinforced that I need to be stricter w/ my eating habits and getting my butt to the gym in the mornings.
Didn't go this morning as we didn't get to bed til 1AM, and that combined with my TOM in full force didn't make it a great prospect. The plan is to go Thursday & Friday, and spend some time playing DDR on Saturday.
Woke up today in a foul, foul mood for no apparent reason. Every little thing was an annoyance. Thankfully it's been getting better as the day progresses.
