So, I think I finally found my motivation to be mad, to stay on my diet and get my rump out of bed and to the gym.....around this time last year, I was 175.8, and my last weigh-in was 176.4.....a year later, and I've made no progress. In fact, I've backslid. No more. I put in too much effort during the week to keep track of everything to go and blow it on the weekends like I have been as of late.

My next trip to see my 'rents is coming up the third weekend of August, 27 days from now. Let's see how far I can push myself before I go back. I was about the same as I am now when I visited in June, and I'd really love to have them see a difference from last time to this coming.

Push push push push. I kept mentally shoving myself at the gym this morning to make it to the 22 minute mark on the stairclimber machine, and I did it. Planning to up the gym visits to 3 - 4 times a week instead of the average two, and at least one session of Dance Dance Revolution on weekends.

Got my game face on! Fat girl is going down!
