Monday July 15th of 2013 I've started with the Hip Hop Abs program by Shaun T. I can already say I'm noticing some difference in me. I was extremely happy when my husband looked at me differently and actually said, "wow babe, keep on doing what you're doing because I see your body changing!" I also changed my diet a few weeks ago. I cut out bread and rice from my menu. It's extremely hard especially when I'm a bread lover!! But it's going just fine.
