I went to Weight Watchers on Saturday - it was good to see everyone again and get a shot of motivation! I ate very well over the weekend, I cooked a large meal on Saturday for our family for my daughter's birthday and made all of her favorite things; beef stroganoff accompanied by appetizers and wine to start off with and finished off with cake with buttercream frosting - yum! But I did cut back and didn't go overboard. Sunday I was active being outside and hiking around with my 11 year old twin great niece and nephew for 3 hours while we took pictures. So with out much effort YET the scale is starting to go back down. I forgot how much better I sleep when I don't overeat!
