Yeah! Another pound came off! I thought for sure after the fiasco at Chili's last night it wouldn't happen (I accidently ordered the regular grilled salmon instead of the "guiltless grilled salmon" for an additional 300 calories and like 20 grams of fat. I was so bummed out when I came home and looked it up. Make sure you say "Guiltless!" God was gracious and still let me lose. Thanks!

Congrats,your weight chart is going down nicely. Tonight I made noodles, added it as a lunch, I read the ingredients AFTER I ATE THEM, nearly went in2 panic when I read how high they were in calories and fat,but I read it CAREFULL again, I only had a fifth of what packet said. Thought me a lesson, I had porridge earlier to stay out of the kitchen and then nearly spoilt it all by but we learnfrom our mistakes and both of us enjoyed it as we ate it.
