Tommorrow will make 5 months since starting I weighed today and I lost 5 making it is 90 lbs.lost The AJC (newspaper) contacted me today and wants to do an interview about my success. Alot is thanks to everyone on heres support.

My goal as you know was 100 in a year and to do it in 6 months would be awesome. I am 9 lbs from where I was when I started policing 23 years ago. And like tony says I feel Greeeeeat.

Congrats! That's so awesome. Even more awesome that people are taking notice and you will be interviewed about it. I bet you will inspire A LOT of people. :)
