I am going to start journaling my food again, because even though I am down 71# I have become very comfortable with my upper carb levels and am only losing about a pound a month now.
I have to admit, it feels wonderful to finally have followed all the steps and know exactly how much and what I can consume and continue to lose, even if the loss IS slow. But I am staring down those last 46# and thinking, "Wow, I never even thought I'd get THIS far. 71# is A LOT of fat!"
So I will begin writing down everything I eat again on fatsecret or in my paper journal, because I believe I owe it to myself to see those last 46# go where the first 71# went :)
