It is Friday!

This has been a gradual "get back into the swing of things" week for me and I've already lost 3 pounds. I realize the next 3 will be harder but I think I'm up for the challenge.

Thanks for putting up with my emotional adjustments (last journal). You guys are great.

Glad you are back in the swing of things. I am trying to get there myself. Not sure why I have been away for so long... just stubborn, I guess. I wanted a break from all the tracking and constant focus on what I eat or what I cook. WTG on losing 3 lbs!!!! That is awesome!!! What have you changed in order to get that weight off?

Mom - I was just eliminating the junk food (and the evening binging). Now I have to watch my carbs/cals to get where I need to be. BTW - I am going to join that challenge. If I have technical difficulties I'll just report manually like I did the last time.
