Just a very quick note to let you all know I am alive and well. My life is just very busy and I can't seem to find time to journal. The journey though continues ... life ... and I am fine. I have no idea what I weigh but I am doing fairly well with eating and exercise. I've not been on the scale for quite some time but I can tell by my clothing I am okay.

I miss reading your journals and I miss writing but if I have to choose between eating well and having time to exercise and writing a journal I pick the former. I will check back when I can but it will likely not be often.

I think of you all and hope your journeys are progressing well. Take care!!!
