This weeks “Who do we blame for being fat” is the Eater Bunny !! He might look cute, but believe me that little bugger is responsible for a lot of pain and suffering ! A 6-pack of hot cross buns (which theoretically should last 3 days or so) disappeared in 1 night !! And there *may* have been the odd chocolate egg/bunny – not a lot, but I’m sure it all adds up. For those that aren’t aware there’s a very easy way to check to see if a food is healthy or not. No need to calorie count, or complicated scientific equipment needed. Simply put the food in your mouth, and if it tastes good, then it’s bad for your weight. If it tastes like cardboard, then have some more and enjoy being thin ;) Try it, chocolate, ice cream, cakes, etc.. all taste great and add the kilos seemingly overnight !! Brussel sprouts, kale, and celery might be ok hidden in a stew or something, but eaten alone they are equivalent to chewing on an old sock. I think I am doomed to be around the 88kg mark. My willpower doesn’t seem strong enough to get me past this point, but I know if I relax then I will be 120 again before I know it :( I’m sure I will eventually run out of people/things to blame :) Bit for the time being the list is long :)
