Ok, so today I'm getting back to logging my food, the single, most effective way of motivating myself. It just makes it so easier to see and not be able to deny if it's there in black and white. No judging, no guilt, just numbers - here's what you did, here's what you need to do. Simple. Also going to start drinking Nutriblasts again. Don't know why, but juicing just makes those cravings sit on the back shelf. They'll never be gone completely, I think I know that now, but if I can have them sit and behave, that's good enough.

I'm on a 2nd round of anti's and pred, started on Wed (today's Sunday). Really exhausted, coughing, gunky, SOB. I'd been feeling so good lately, it was kind of a surprise that I got so sick, so quick. So, I'm going to try to maintain where I'm at right now and hopefully lose some too, but with the pred, we'll have to wait and see.
